YOU CAN TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION HERE: Send an email to James Alexander JamesA@sandiego.gov requesting that you be placed on the project’s “Interested Parties” list for the hotel proposed for 4th and J: Subject: PROJECT 345 4th Ave, PRJ-1056049. Stay up to date whenever the city posts or produces an update. Learn how you can provide your input.
Next Steps: The public input period for additions to the city's initial environmental impact report expired on October 2, 2023. Initially that report only focused on the preservation of the facade of one historical building on 4th Avenue.
Numerious comments were sent to the city consistent with their notice identifying the threats to our community from this project as shared in the "Our Story" and "What We Want" sections of this website.
We await the city's environmental scoping report based on that input.
